Shipping & Returns SKYNEX. GLOBAL DRONES All products sold online via Skynex Global Drones' website are tested for functionality and examined for damages prior to shipping. Contents inside the boxes are examined before being packaged and shipped. Where exceptional circumstances arise, your order will qualify for a full refund and return or partial refund according to the below terms and conditions. A. Full and Partial Refunds A full refund for your order will be issued where your order is not received at the address specified in your online purchase order. You may also receive a full refund if the product you received is materially different from the product you purchased online via Skynex Global Drones. Alternatively, where the product you received is materially different from the product you purchased online via Skynex Global Drones, you may elect to keep the product you received and, where applicable, negotiate to obtain a partial refund from Skynex Global Drones. In the exceptional event that parts, accessories, or components are missing, the missing parts, components, or accessories will be shipped to you. B. Returns Policy In the event that your order qualifies for a full refund, as per the above terms and conditions, you may return your unopened, unused product within 10 days from the time our third party shipping service provider indicates that your order has been delivered to the address specified in your online purchase order. Skynex Global Drones will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, for instance, if you received an incorrect or defective product, etc. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. As we depend on third party service providers to effect deliveries and returns of products ordered through our website, all time periods herein stated are approximate. Where a we are unable to make a delivery of a product to a certain jurisdiction because of such import restrictions, rules, regulations, or laws, we will notify you of our inability to deliver the product ordered and, where applicable, receive a full refund. The average time to deliver an order is between 3 to 30 days. However, as we rely on third party service providers to deliver orders received through our website, these time frames may vary.   Very good drone. Very smooth flight. Controls/flies very smoothly as well. I've flown it in pretty strong winds, and a bit to my surprise performed very well. Even the video footage I took on the beach was fairly steady.

  Happy with by choice. I launched it in my backyard yesterday then brought it inside and it was performing very nicely indoors and outdoors. I haven't had time to try all the features but am 100% sure this drone delivers everything it promises.

  Just got this one in the mail a couple of days ago. Super cool drone, definitely recommend it. There's really nothing this drone doesn't have. Flies well too.

  This is a rare find! Glad I stumbled across it. I'm on my 4th drone now, I got some big, some small, some inexpensive, some expensive drones. The features on this one are pretty unique I find - haven't found them on any other drone. I'm sure other drone models will catch up eventually but I think this is a good online shopping find in the drone department ;))) hope this helps a bit!!!
